Introduction to DPR

On April 2nd, 2021 at 2pm, a team of five from DPR gave an introduction to what our new science building will look like (refer to the second screenshot down below), a brief summary of what their roles are and what they do on the job daily, and talked about positions in DPR, such as starting out as a Project Manager and choosing the next position that you are confident in, and if you don't think it is right for you, you can definitely switch positions, but all the positions have tasks that overlaps with other positions in their company, so you are able to learn and help other positions out while also staying in your position. They also mentioned how many companies are different when it comes to choosing positions and managing the tasks. We will partnering with DPR with more upcoming events about the update on our new science building, so please come on out and join us either over Zoom or hopefully in person! DPR's internship for Summer 2021 is unfortunately closed at the moment, but they are excited to meet everyone at upcoming Career Fairs at SFSU and summer internships in the upcoming summers starting next year (2022).
